Hello, it's been awhile hasn't it - the past few months have been busy with books, retreats, workshops
and 1-1 coaching.
On top of that I still work part-time and do all the cooking, cleaning and running around after our 2 kids. It's not a chore as I'm grateful I get to have all these things and opportunities in my life.
I mentioned on my recent Retreat how I became a bit of geek this past 2 years watching documentaries about health and wellness. I couldn't afford to keep going back to the Dr, Psychologist, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist, Gastro-Enterologist and so on....
Making the decision to be healthy was the best decision I've ever made and I've rewired my thoughts, feelings and behaviours! I'm not perfect - I still have some stuff I would like to work on. But what I did discover is that so much helpful information is out there free to consume at our own pace - AND for a few $ a month, we can learn so much information that will actually be more beneficial to us long term.
